ChatGPT：Feature Highlights
1. Record Mode：Automatic meeting minutes
Right now, the feature is available only to ChatGPT Team users on macOS desktop. It will roll out next to Plus, Pro, Enterprise, and Edu plans.
- Instant transcription: start recording with one click and transcribe up to 120 minutes.
- Automatic key-point extraction: the system pulls out decisions and tasks, time-stamps them, and builds an editable canvas that you can later repurpose into mails or schedules.
- Local data handling: audio is removed right after transcription. Workspace policies apply, and admins may disable the feature, ensuring full ISO/GDPR compliance.
2. MCP：One connector, many endpoints
ChatGPT has evolved from a chat helper into an enterprise-grade AI agent, finishing search, analysis, decision-making and action dispatch in one window.
- Unified layer : pioneered by Anthropic and dubbed the “USB-C of the AI era.”
- Broad data coverage : Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, OneDrive and more are ready, while on-prem systems connect via custom connectors.

1. The project manager clicks Record in the ChatGPT macOS client to start recording.
2. After the call, ChatGPT auto-creates a time-stamped Canvas summarising the project and action items, assigning Li to “install the backup server with Oxidized (supporting 130+ devices) and import the device inventory by next week.”

3. By clicking a file link in the summary, the engineer jumps straight to the faulty configuration section, cutting troubleshooting time dramatically.

Scenario: HR records an interview in ChatGPT, builds a candidate scorecard and drafts a decision email
1. Record Mode captures the entire interview and, when it ends, instantly produces a comprehensive report that shows skill ratings, salary expectations and cultural-fit scores.
2. Next, the HR manager types: “Compare both candidates’ pros and cons and draft an email to the CTO.” ChatGPT extracts the key points and creates a decision-ready draft in Outlook.
